The aims of Rubber Knowledge

  1. Develop an internationally adapted concept for instructors and trainers from companies in the rubber manufacturing industry in Europe
  2. Develop and prepare materials for internal instructors in the rubber manufacturing industry (manuals, exercise books, CD-ROM’s, e-learning materials)
  3. Further train the first generation with the aid of compiled materials and encourage knowledge transfer
  4. Develop a concept of certification concerning further education in the field of the rubber manufacturing industry
  5. Develop a concept to promote life-long learning
