The future needs foundations. This is provided by the completion of a vocational training programme. It lays the cornerstone for a layout of the future with a positive outlook. All adolescents need an outlook based on their skills and opportunities. This is why the companies of the “Stiftung Bildung & Handwerk” (Education and Craft Foundation) have been successfully involved in the preparation for working life and initial vocational training for many years. Whether supporting the transition from school to working life, initial vocational training or assistance programs within the framework of the training programme, the aim in all cases is to enable adolescent participants to successfully begin or complete an apprenticeship. |
