Project No. DE/08/LLP-LdV/IVT/280 423 - Leonardo da Vinci Mobility: "Practical Experiences for Apprentices on Food Technology of the Carl - Severing - Berufskolleg Bielefeld abroad in Europe"

Since 1991 there are qualified with good results experts on food technology (Lebensmitteltechnischer Assistent) at the Carl-Severing-Berufskolleg für Handwerk und Technik in Bielefeld. All over Germany this high quality qualification enjoys a good reputation and the graduates are in demand by the economy.

To become more attractive and to prepare the apprentices to the requirements of the labour market the "Carl-Severing-Berufskolleg" offers in co - operation with "Stiftung Bildung & Handwerk" this year the first time the opportunity for practical stays abroad.

Duration of the stays: 3 weeks

Content of the stays:
First week - Language course, intercultural and practical introduction,
Second and Third week - Practical experiences at enterprices of the sector
