EU projects within the framework of the educational program Lifelong Learning 2007-2013

“Shaping the education of tomorrow”

Information about the European education agenda and about "Leonardo da Vinci"

With the educational program “Lifelong Learning”, the European Union promotes the cooperation between those involved in education in Europe for the time span of 2007 to 2013. The purpose of this program is to fulfill the roll of general and vocational education in the developmental processes of society. Learning from one another and finding collective solutions for shaping the process of lifelong learning are central concerns of European education policy.

For many years, the companies of the “Stiftung Bildung & Handwerk” (Education & Craft Foundation) have been developing innovative solutions for vocational training and advanced education. Our commitment applies to national as well as international challenges.

In this manner, we’ve been working for several years with cooperation partners from the European Union on transnational projects for innovation transfer and vocational mobility within the context of the program for vocational education "Leonardo da Vinci".
