Within the framework of external vocational training, slow learners and socially disadvantaged teenagers have the opportunity to serve an apprenticeship in one of the numerous recognised training occupations. Normally these teenagers are unable to serve an apprenticeship on the normal apprenticeship market due to reasons related to personal characteristics. In order to meet their increased demand for support, these apprenticeships are carried out with close cooperation between apprentices, their trainers, social education workers and teachers. The focus is on individual support.

     

 

  • Teaching of theoretical and practical components of training
  • Internships in companies
  • Vocational school courses
  • Individual remedial lessons
  • Assistance from social education workers
  • Transitional assistance

In our educational institutions, we offer BaE for nearly all training occupations. The spectrum ranges from carpenters to sales assistants to hairdressers.

The spots for assisted vocational training programmes are assigned by the German Employment Office. Please contact your local employment agency!
